3. Use of OpenAI API Key

  • Users may optionally connect their own OpenAI API key to enable advanced AI features such as voice generation and personalized explanations.
  • Importify Limited is not responsible for any charges, data usage, or limits associated with a user's OpenAI account.
  • The OpenAI API is a separate third-party service governed by its own terms and pricing.
  • Users are solely responsible for monitoring their own API usage and costs.

4. Pricing and Changes

  • Spelly may offer both free and paid features.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, introduce new plans, or update our pricing model at any time without prior notice.
  • If you have purchased a lifetime or one-time plan, it will remain valid under the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

5. User Responsibility

Spelly is provided "as is." You are solely responsible for how you use the App and the content you generate, upload, or share.

Importify Limited will not be liable for:

  • Any data loss, damage, or errors
  • Costs arising from third-party services such as OpenAI
  • Misuse or incorrect results produced by the App

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and materials related to Spelly remain the property of Importify Limited. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App or its content without prior written permission.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted within the App or on our website, and continued use of Spelly constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
